| As the sun nears the western horizon, westbound Arizona & California train number 708 passes through Rice. Rice was once where the Ripley District left the Cadiz District. Now the wye and a few miles of track are all that is left of the former line that hot reefer block used to traverse from Blythe and Ripley. |
