| Removing the soil from the area where the rock for the seawall extension will be placed into the dump cars. Restoring the property in the never ending battle against the sea.This section of Emma Wood State park has soft soil with is very susceptible to erosion. Union Pacific is extending the rock seawall as the soil erodes away. |
