NS Erie-Lackawanna Heritage locomotive #1700 suffered a traction motor failure which was addressed on the Atlas Chemical siding in Mertztown, Pa. Terra Railroad Services lifted the locomotive to put a temporary wheel set enabling the locomotive to be moved to a repair shop.
