| An East Broad Top coal train heads north from Orbisonia. The photo special train features a typical EBT consist of the 1950s -- an LCL boxcar on the head end, coal hoppers (albeit in 1950 there would have been more hoppers and they would have been loads going north), and a combine (Which the EBT crews preferred to use over a caboose because of the better ride). |
