After taking water at Cresco tank, Engineer Jeff Stebbins is getting his train underway. While starting his train on the 4% grade to Cumbres Pass, Jeff is also keeping an eye on the photo line, to ensure that everyone stays in the clear. Photo was taken during a Historic Transport Preservation (SteamSpecials) photography charter led by Michael Allen and John B. West.
