With a powerful and nasty looking thunderstorm building off to the southwest, a southbound ETRX (Arkansas Power & Light) loaded coal drag from Caballo Rojo Mine cautiously works its way down BNSF's triple-tracked Orin Subdivision out of Bill, WY. These loaded hoppers are headed for the White Bluff power plant, a coal-fired generating station along the Arkansas River near the town of Redfield, AR.
