A visitor from our neighbors up north leads an endangered SD60 on train 15T out of Knoxville. The NS West End District parallels an inlet of the Tennessee River for about 2 miles near Farragut, TN. The opposite bank is lined by Concord Park, which allows for a fantastic vantage point in the mornings.
