| On a brutally cold morning (-2F), 3 crews and 3 sets of power congregate at Hoffman Ave, all of them waiting for the dispatcher. The second unit in the middle consist needs some work, smoking pretty heavily while not under load. Sometimes going out when it doesn't make good sense to pays off.
