NS Local L65 (Moraine-Franklin Turn) is westbound passing some MOW equipment parked on the storage track that used to service the DP&L Hutchings Power Station. He has just worked New Yard in West Carrollton (which serves the Appleton paper mill) and is bound for industries on the Franklin Industrial Track. NS 3480, acquired from FURX, has been been freshly repainted in the Operation Lifesaver paint Scheme.
