| Watching the classic Delaware & Hudson lightning stripe GP38-2s pass a Union Pacific 'lightning stripe' AC44CW, the voice of Crocodile Dundee comes to mind from the D&H geeps when they pass the UP unit: "You call that a lightning stripe? Now this is a lightning stripe!" CP local D45-31 is northbound out of Kenwood Yard heading back to Saratoga Springs as it runs in the middle of Interstate 787 and past the old D&H headquarters building. The UP unis is the rear end DPU on the CP 608-130 oil train that is awaiting movement into Kenwood Yard. |
