| In another development on the Alaska Railroad it looks as if the railroad has returned a caboose to service on one of the roads gravel trains. Due to change in operating procedure the AS&G gravel train now runs with a caboose to protect the reverse movement up the Palmer Branch, seen here at Birchwood. |
