A southbound BNSF coal load is climbing Monument Hill a couple of miles south of the top of the grade using the normal northbound only main number two shot from the original grade of the Santa Fe overpass that went over the original Rio Grande main adjacent Spruce siding on main one and near what is referred to as the "sag"
