| Rolling through downtown Winchester. CSX and the Winchester and Western had to make arrangements to clear the adjacent tracks clear of equipment in the yard just north of here. A rare Hi-wide movement was made Saturday March 15th along the old B&O "Valley Line." Four transformers were shipped from Brunswick, MD to a substation between Stephen's City and Middletown, VA. Wide cab engines rarely make an appearance this far west on the branch but the yard in Brunswick is power short. |
