Remarks & Notes
The first run of an high speed freight Euro Carex test train. It was a proof test of concept for future international freight services on European high speed lines and this trainset have travelled from Lyon in France to London with a stop in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for taking freight. Under Eurotunnel and to St Pancras station, 2 diesel locomotive have pull this High speed train because it is not licensed and autorized to run on its own under the Channel. Anyway, it is the first time that other kind of high speed train than Eurostar have cross the Channel ! This trainset is a French postal high speed train (3 complete trainset in France for postal services) and for this special scheme, the original postal logos have been canceled with these of sponsor of this operation concept.
