| The V40 local has "lawed out" on it's westbound return and can't make it to Bristol so they tied up their leased pony on the siding. The crew will taxi out in the AM. The historical landmark 1857 Section Foreman's House looks over a scene similar to ones it has witnesses time and time again. |
