Remarks & Notes

An empty limestone train from Minntac nears Proctor with an abundance of power. Classic "code blue" conditions with crystal clear blue skies, fresh snow, an air temp at -11F and a wind-chill near -30F. Nice for photos, not so nice for operating a railroad.
