Western Fuels coal train from El Segundo Mine to the Plains Electric Generating station near Prewitt, NM is in heavy dynamic braking as it slows for the 40MPH restriction at Lee Ranch Jct. on the Lee Ranch Sub on April Fools Day, 2013.
