| The teakettle and the Model T. A group of visitors to the WW&F Museum's Annual Picnic take a ride north toward Head Tide, passing the hourly passenger train as it sits on the main at Alna Center Station. In the past couple of years, the little Model T has become quite popular with museum patrons. So many visitors purchased tickets for railcar rides on this particular day, that folks arriving much past noon were pretty much limited to watching it from the train. Operator Stewart Rhine literally didn't have an open seat on any of the trips he ran during the entire day. |
