Out on the former Rio Grande main line through the Utah desert, a Union Pacific coal train rounds the big fill on Thompson Hill after sunset on March 4, 2012. The train is led by UP AC4400CW-CTE No. 5555, and the weird shape sticking out of the rear of the locomotive consist is the huge radiator of a EMD SD9043MAC.
