Chicago and North Western’s Janesville to Chicago freight crosses the Tiffany Bridge over Turtle Creek at Tiffany, Wisconsin, on the morning of August 12, 1995. Powering the eastbound train are three former Conrail GP40s that C&NW picked up on the used locomotive market.
