| The dry riverbed of the Pecos River is obvious here as Southwestern’s R81 turn (Carlsbad - Mosaic Mine) crosses the Pecos River trestle 3 miles from Loving, NM.
This former ATSF branch was spun off by the BNSF around 2005 and is extremely heavy with potash traffic. |
