The Soo Line F-unit fleet was almost decimated by the time I managed this evening shot of 214A. I figured it was probably my last Soo F shot and I was right..at least as far as being in regular service. I can thank the fact that this days train 912 was huge and late allowing this photo of 214A after it had taken the Trout Lake set-out into town and then was backing 2 miles west to get the remainder of the train before departing for Sault Ste. Marie. Power in the shot is 214A,732,4407,767 and the F is trailing per common practice by the late 70's. The 214A went west...trailing again, the following day and no more Soo F's were seen in Trout Lake.
