CEFX 102 pulls past the Chester, VT depot as the GMRC 264 swaps power with the DASW local from Bellows Falls. The 6 axle units will reverse course and head back to Rutland. A pair of 4 axle units will continue east with the train to interchange with the NECR in Bellows Falls, VT
