| After Appalachian Railfan captured SOU 8099 at this very location on its maiden run up the Appalachia District early this year, it is pictured returning again four months later on a hot summer day leading CR 8098. The 8099 is right at home on this ex Southern route from Bulls Gap, TN to Andover. |
