Photographer Ken Patton added this note to the photo. After easing across Missisquoi Bay on Central Vermont's long trestle, The Montrealer curves north again and notches out, headed for the border and its final destination. The clean, newly restored E unit looks sharp hiding any underlying troubles facing Amtrak in the 70's.
