| Remarks & Notes  |
| Alaska Railroad's daily train (Glacier Discovery) from Anchorage to Whittier is about to make a station stop at Girdwood on June 27, 2005. The train's passenger car windows are hand washed every evening, and GP38-2 2002 is spotless also. That is not a signal bridge in the background but rather is a "Type C" Dragging Equipment/Hot Bearing/High or Wide Clearance Detector (The railroad has several tunnels). |
