Remarks & Notes
Its 5:00 PM departure time from Dallas Union Station has arrived, and the Sam Houston Zephyr is on its way. The 283 miles to Houston lie ahead. The Southern Pacific Sunbeam is scheduled to leave for the same destination at 5:00 PM also and will depart as soon as the track is clear.
