| A full moon is rising and the green lights of a classic B&O CPL are flashing as northbound Q236 approaches the signal at Deshler Reservoir. This indication is a slow clear, and the IP Dispatcher has lined Q236 around the southeast connection for the trip across the Willard Sub to Fostoria. |
