Remarks & Notes |
Train 401 was the hottest train passing through Cartier in the early 90's. It was a Toronto-Vancouver job and was in the Sudbury area early morning. Power was normally three SD40-2's, In this bitterly cold view it has drawn 3 straight SD40's for power and the leader is a Ex. QNS&L unit. Note the huge fuel tank and 5400 series number. CP 5409,5563,5503 sound the horn for the Highway 144 crossing and quickly leave Benny in their dust. |
