Remarks & Notes

With a rare carload of finished lumber and a short string of empty grain hoppers in tow, the "new" Northwestern Pacific Railroad makes its way to Schellville and then on to Lombard where it will interchange with the California Northern. A friendly hand wave from the cab window of #1922 acknowledges my presence.
