| Like clockwork - the northbound "Day-Go" is known to leave San Diego after the arrival of Amtrak 784 (just putting it into the dark on this night). This was a remarkably short train for Barstow, with what seemed to be less than 25 cars. The head-end, however, had a whole lot of 7700s series GEVOs being shuttled north. |
