Remarks & Notes

The Iowa Interstate is a busy regional railroad these days thanks in part to flooding on the Missouri River. In the past few weeks, trains from KCS, UP and BNSF have been detouring over IAIS rails as is the case in this photo. BNSF 5107 leads a detour past the historic ex-Rock Island depot in West Liberty.
