| The silence of a Sunday afternoon is shattered as an empty Palos coal train blasts through downtown Carbon Hill, along the former Frisco in west Alabama. The parked covered hoppers at right appear to be part of a transload operation where their contents are conveyed to trucks, though I'm not sure what commodity is involved. |
