After nearly two years in storage, a motive power shortage on the NECR has necessitated the reactivation of many long-stored units from the St. Albans, VT deadline, including the GSWR ex-DMIR SD9s. GSWR 1901 (ex-DMIR 168) is seen working the NECR St. Albans Yard on Thursday, April 7.
