Locomotive Ge 4/4 22 "La Venoge" of the BAM (Bière-Apples-Morges) with a passenger special (charter AGMT) in Vufflens-le-Château. The impressive castle dates from the 15th century. The BAM is a 1 metre gauge regional line electrified with 15000 V 16,7 Hz AC (same system as SBB). The Ge 4/4 locomotive with buffers to pull standard gauge freight cars on wagon carrier trucks was built in 1994 by SLM and ABB, it is similar to the Ge 4/4 III of the RhB.
