Remarks & Notes
Strasburg 90 is a 2-10-0 built in 1924 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works. It originally pulled sugar beet trains for the Great Western Railroad to the company's mill in Loveland, Colorado. The Strasburg Railroad purchased it in 1967, and it is now one of the few operating decapods in the United States. She was built in 1924 with 56 inch drivers, boiler pressure of 190 psi, 24 × 28 inch cylinders and 48,000 pounds of tractive effort. Her smokebox has been shortened in an overhaul since this picture was taken.
