Remarks & Notes

The 4777 leads ZSTPCHC into Oregon after the Blizzard of 2011. A short time later, the DS gave the crew permission to violate the Hours of Service Law so they could get to Eola rather than tying down west of Aurora and waiting to get cabbed into the city.
