Since I moved to Connecticut in 1995, there have only been two types of Conrail/CSX power regularly assigned to Cedar Hill Yard. Conrail used B23-7s almost exclusively, then when CSX succeeded them their GP40-2s took over. Will this be the new look of Cedar Hill?
