A "retired" stencil painted on the side and the UP blacked out on ex-Up 101 tells the story for what may be the end for this Control Cab Remote Control Locomotive unit as it sits on a siding Cedar Rapids. 101 is one of five units built from MP SW7's and was originally MP 1417.
