| The gentle countryside east of Leeds is principally agricultural with few footpaths, making access to the railway 'challenging'. Glorious late evening sunshine lends a warm glow to the newly harvested fields and the lineside Hawthorn bushes laden with berries. This view from a farmer's access bridge (unimaginatively named 'Bridge NOC-39'), catches 'Scots Guardsman' returning for its evening trip around the Leeds loop. |
