| On a spectacular mid-August morning, a Skyline coal empty curves eastward through UP Foreman Groo's work window at Lakota Junction. The Utah Transit Authority is in the process of building a big intermodal hub here to accommodate commuter rail and connecting bus service for the central part of Utah Valley. Herzog ballasting equipment is situated on what will become the northbound track when FrontRunner opens for business by 2012. |
