Rail train TL90 shoves out on the Mother's Cookie Lead (named for the plant it serves) where it will tie up for the night. Difficult to railfan thanks to its inaccessible and unpredictable nature, this part of Louisville is known as "Rubbertown" for the many nearby chemical plants. I've never been able to do any good in these parts and was very thankful to catch one of NS's mother/slug sets: 3006 (GP40-2) + 715 (RP-E4C). The track and milepost in the foreground are part of Paducah & Louisville's Standard Oil Lead.
