Remarks & Notes

In but another minute, the lengthening shadows will have made this image impossible and the glorious livery carried by 'Leander' would not be enhanced by the last rays of the evening sun. The 'Scarborough Spa Express' heads towards Wakefield past the ancient and (this evening at least) well-named hamlet of Warmfield.
