| Road freight 19A ducks under the NYC signal bridge at CP 192, with 417's headlight visible in the distance. The Cleveland Terminal Dispatcher gave the crew a heads-up that another 19A was crossing the Drawbridge, and to tell the Toledo East Dispatcher to avoid a conundrum. |
