| Remarks & Notes  |
| Once a busy diamond and interchange point for Maine Central and Grand Trunk (later CN), today Yarmouth Junction only sees occasional Pan Am and St. Lawrence and Atlantic locals, maybe one train a week on a good week. All interchange between the two railroads is now done at Danville Junction. Here 326 is leading five cars of scrap from Grimmel's over the diamond toward Rigby on a hot summer afternoon. This spot is expected to see more activity with the Amtrak Downeaster's planned expansion to Brunswick. That is still years away though. |
