| CSX train Q141 works the grade past the control point of Vaughn Connection at 17:13 while making it south bound journey towards Manchester, Waycross and Jacksonville. The Vaughn Connection was built and placed into service in 1999 so that A&WP/WofA Subdivision trains could depart Atlanta (Tilford Yard) and by pass the Norfolk Southern trackage along with the down town Atlanta congestion. The connection drops into the A&WP at the control point of Mixon just north of Union City Ga. |
