Remarks & Notes |
The GP7's WC acquired in the ACR merger must have been in much better shape than the Ex RI/CNW geeps WC ended up owning after the FRV/GBW merger. The ACR ones were all ran through North Fond du Lac for chopped noses and were renumbered in the 1500 series and were fully repainted. The Ex FRV's never had any real work done on them except for a small WC added in place of the FRV, although a couple did get a big WC herald placed on them. In this photo WC 1504 leads FP9 1752 and SD45 6635 with 76 cars on train SOGBA at Rexton. At that time the SD45 had recently been purchased from MK and would soon be repainted in full WC colors. |
