Remarks & Notes |
RARE Shortline Street Running! SAN 1500 chugs hard up the slope as he travels down the middle of Tybee Street on his back back into town. This is one of the rarest and neatest Street Running moves in the country. This job is the only one that runs this line to and from the North End of the Line, and the timing is bad since they run this strech around Midday. It's also a tighter squeeze than the action I catch back home in Augusta! As you can see, some of the local residents stare at the photographer and the train passing by. This is located in a run down part of town, but the scene of a lone SW1500 and Slug working hard to pull an almost 50 car train in Run 8! This is located right near the SAN Offices in downtown Sandersville. |
