| The two ex FRV SD24's that WC inherited with the take over of that road quickly found a home in Upper Michigan, working along with a number of SDL39's on the light rail of the Ex DSS&A line from Trout Lake west to Marquette and Baraga. This photo has the 2402 waiting for a crew to take rest before gathering up its train and heading west for Marquette. In the last year or so of operation the SD24's were used in pusher service on Byron Hill. |
