Remarks & Notes |
Pusher consist 976 shoves coal train Y64 south on Starkey Hill - and a great consist it was: 1379 (GP40), 9741 (road slug), 3979 and 40?? (B23-7), and 2729 (GP38). I can still hear the EMDs "screaming like a banshee" and the GEs barking and chugging hard! Today these trains run with three big six-axles on the point and two pushing. |
